How we work

Know what comes next.

From the first photo to the finished work, a clear conversation keeps your electrical project moving in the right direction.

01 / Tell us what you have in mind.

Call, text a photo, or use the project form. Start with your property location, the work you want, and the best way to reach you. A short description is enough to begin; you can include photos and product links when you have them.

02 / Review the details together.

Guardian reviews the request and discusses the next step with you. Photos help introduce the project. An on-site evaluation may be needed to understand the existing setup, define the work, and establish pricing. Tell us about other trades, property approvals, or a target date early.

03 / Agree on the work and the visit.

Confirm the scope, pricing, who supplies selected equipment, and the appointment directly with Guardian. The days and times entered in the form are preferences. Your visit is booked when it has been confirmed with you.

  • What is included in the agreed work?
  • Who is supplying the fixtures or equipment?
  • Who can approve the work and provide access?
  • What timing and property arrangements have been confirmed?

04 / Make the visit easier.

Have the agreed fixtures, product information, and project contact available. Point out the work locations and explain any parking or building access requirements. Discuss how pets, tenants, business activity, or other scheduled work could affect access. Share security codes only in a direct conversation.

05 / Walk through the result.

Use the handoff to review the completed scope, ask about the installed equipment, and confirm any remaining project items. If you have a question afterward, contact Guardian with the property address and a brief description so we can connect it to the right job.

A few more useful answers.

Does submitting the form book an appointment?

No. The form starts a project request. Your preferred day and time help the conversation, and Guardian confirms the actual appointment directly with you.

Can I start with a text and a photo?

Yes. Use “Text us a photo” to open a message to (854) 237-4771. Include your name, property location, and a short description. The website form is also available if you prefer to send the details together.

Can I include several small jobs?

Yes. List each item and the room or area involved, and identify your first priority. Guardian can review the full list and discuss the scope and scheduling together.

Do I need to know exactly which service to choose?

No. Describe what you want to change or the issue you have noticed. Choose the closest category or the unsure option in the form, and include the details in your own words.

Should I purchase fixtures or equipment before requesting work?

If you are still choosing, share product links or a shortlist first. If you already own the equipment, include the model and tell us it is on hand. The equipment and proposed installation can then be reviewed together.

Can I send my preferred date?

Yes. Include your target date and any flexibility, especially when another trade or delivery is involved. Availability and the final appointment are confirmed directly; a requested date is not a reservation.

Can my property manager or contractor join the conversation?

Yes. Include their name, role, and contact information when relevant, and tell us who can authorize the work. Plans, access requirements, and documentation requests can be discussed together.

How do I ask about work Guardian has already completed?

Use the customer-support page or contact Guardian directly. Include the property address, approximate visit date, and your question so we can identify the project.
