Information you share
The project form asks for contact details, your town or ZIP code, project information, timing, contact preference, and optional photos. Optional fields let you share additional jobs, visit preferences, general access notes, and whether you are a returning customer. Only share photos you have permission to provide. Keep payment information, identity documents, faces, and other private details out of your images and messages.
How it is used
Guardian uses your information to review your request, contact you about the project, and coordinate potential services. Submitting the form does not book an appointment or subscribe you to marketing.
Forms, photos, and hosting
Netlify hosts this website and processes the form and uploaded files on Guardian’s behalf. Uploaded photos may be accessed through download links in form notifications and the form dashboard. Treat these links as private; do not upload sensitive images. The form may include basic campaign labels and the referring website’s hostname to help Guardian understand where an inquiry came from. It does not include the full referring URL or store your contact details in your browser. Hosting services may also process technical logs, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the website.
Local preferences
Your animation preference may be saved on your device. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. External links, including Facebook and Google reviews, have their own privacy practices. Tapping a text link opens your device’s messaging app; messages and photos are sent only when you choose to send them there.
