CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Know what’s covered.
Before you commit.
Starting home prices assume one dwelling with one accessible main electrical panel. Starting business prices assume one small commercial site with up to two accessible panels and an agreed equipment list. Larger properties, additional panels, specialist equipment and longer travel are quoted separately. Your written proposal confirms the total price, equipment, testing and membership terms.
Separate work gets a separate quote.
Repairs, replacement parts, upgrades, permits and after-hours callouts are quoted separately unless your written plan specifically includes them.
Checks match the property.
Planned visits have the on-site time allowance shown above; repairs are not included in that allowance. Only accessible equipment and agreed testing are included. Generator engine servicing, manufacturer maintenance and specialist system certifications are separate scopes.
Priority means scheduling preference.
Plan members receive preference for the next suitable appointment. It does not promise immediate dispatch or a fixed emergency response time.
