These terms apply to Guardian’s residential and Commercial Essentials maintenance plans. You can cancel without a cancellation fee. Standard refunds are based on uncompleted included visits, not months remaining. Any stronger cancellation, refund or other rights provided by law take priority over this policy.

Your written agreement names Guardian Electrical Contractors LLC, the customer, covered property, accepted equipment/checklist, annual fee, included visits and 12-month start/end dates. You receive the agreement and applicable cancellation notices before payment. The annual fee is payable before the first included visit. Any legally required cooling-off period is respected.
No automatic renewal or automatic recurring payment is authorized. A new term and its price require your written acceptance. A website enquiry does not enroll you or charge your card. These terms apply to new agreements that expressly include this policy. Existing accepted agreements keep their agreed benefits and terms unless both sides agree to a change in writing; the revised discount-start rule does not reduce existing accepted benefits.
Call (854) 237-4771, email info@guardianhrsc.com, or send written notice to Guardian Electrical Contractors LLC, 207 Atlas Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579. Include your name and covered property so the agreement can be located. A phone request is sufficient under this voluntary policy; no special form or explanation is required.
For this voluntary policy, cancellation takes effect when Guardian receives your request. Guardian provides a written confirmation and refund calculation; confirmation is not a condition of cancellation. Any statutory notice method or effective date that gives you greater rights remains available.
Refund = annual plan fee actually paid × uncompleted included visits ÷ total included visits. A completed visit means its agreed checks have been performed and written findings delivered. An unperformed, access-limited or unfinished visit remains uncompleted for this calculation. A visit is not considered complete merely because a technician arrived.
There is no cancellation fee, card-processing deduction or retroactive recovery of an already applied member discount. This voluntary visit allocation does not limit rights arising from defective, undelivered or misrepresented service, or any stronger remedy required by law.
The 10% repair/service discount begins after the first completed included check and lasts while the plan is active. It covers the named property, excludes generators and the plan fee, and cannot be combined with another offer. It can apply to separately approved repairs following that check.
Plan cancellation ends eligibility for new member discounts. A discount already shown on accepted repair work is retained. Separate repair or installation agreements are not automatically canceled or refunded by canceling a maintenance plan; their agreed terms and applicable law govern. Existing installation-warranty rights remain unchanged.
Please give 24 hours’ notice when possible if you need to change an appointment. This plan imposes no rescheduling or missed-access fee, and a missed appointment alone does not consume an included visit. Agree a new time and safe access directly with Guardian.
If the agreed checks cannot be completed because access, permission or safe conditions are unavailable, Guardian records the limitation and discusses rescheduling or a change in scope. Extra work and charges require approval. The uncompleted visit remains available for rescheduling or the standard refund; an incomplete visit is not silently marked as completed.
At the end of the term, Guardian refunds the allocation for any uncompleted included visit using the same formula unless you agree in writing to a completion extension of up to 30 days. If it remains unfinished at that extension’s end, the allocation is refunded. It is not forfeited merely because the year ended.
The plan stays with the named customer and property; it does not transfer automatically to a buyer or another address. If you move, you can cancel and receive the unused-visit refund. A new property needs a new accepted scope.
If Guardian cancels the plan or cannot deliver an included visit, the uncompleted allocation is refunded without a cancellation charge. This does not limit any greater legal remedy.
Guardian issues an applicable refund within 10 calendar days after receiving the cancellation, or after the term/extension ends for an unused-visit refund, and sooner if law requires. Refunds go to the original payment method where available; otherwise Guardian arranges another agreed method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.
Some sales carry separate legal cancellation rights. Where applicable, Guardian supplies the required notices and cancellation forms with the agreement. A valid statutory cancellation may require a full refund even after a visit or service was completed; the standard visit formula does not reduce those rights. This webpage is not a substitute for the notices required at the time of sale.
This policy concerns the maintenance plan fee only. It does not create breakdown insurance, a whole-building compliance certificate or a guarantee that equipment will not fail. For a plan question or written refund calculation, contact info@guardianhrsc.com or (854) 237-4771.
A custom commercial proposal identifies its included visits and the portion of the annual fee allocated to each before acceptance. If visits have equal scope and value, the fee is divided equally. Its agreed unused-service allocation, rather than the Essentials dollar examples, determines the standard refund. No additional cancellation penalty is added by this policy. Any stronger legal right takes priority.
No. The standard refund follows the uncompleted included visits. Residential is $0 after its one completed check; Commercial Essentials is $299.50 after one of its two checks. Stronger legal remedies still apply.
Yes. Call (854) 237-4771 and identify yourself and the covered property. Guardian confirms the cancellation and calculation in writing, but the confirmation is not required to make your request effective.
The unused allocation is refunded at term end unless you agree in writing to an extension of up to 30 days. A visit still uncompleted at the extension’s end is refunded.
No. Applicable cancellation, refund and other legal rights take priority, including a full-refund right where the law requires it. Required sales-time notices are provided separately.
Call (854) 237-4771 or send a project request. Project quotes are free; diagnostic and service-call charges are explained before booking. Electrical service is available 24/7. Availability and arrival timing are confirmed separately.
