Send the current plan revision, fixture schedule, appliance or equipment specifications, and the project address. Flag allowances, selections still to come, and any scope that belongs to another trade.
Coordinate the stages
Discuss the rough-in sequence, inspection coordination, finish work, and site access with the project contact. Milestones are confirmed against the actual scope and site conditions.
Keep selections and changes visible
Updated fixtures, relocated equipment, and revised room layouts can affect electrical work. Share changes before the relevant stage so any scope or schedule impact can be discussed.
