A pendant over an island, a chandelier in a dressing room, recessed lights in a living area, or a fan on a porch each has different installation needs. Share the fixture model, ceiling height, and a photo of the intended position.
Replacing or starting fresh?
Keeping an existing location is a different scope from moving a fixture or adding new lights. New locations can involve wiring access, switching changes, and coordination with drywall or paint work. Tell us whether the room is finished or under renovation.
Think about the controls
Discuss how you want the room to work: separate lighting zones, convenient switch locations, or dimming compatible with the selected fixtures. For fans, share the fan and control models so compatibility can be considered.
