For a new appliance or piece of equipment, send the manufacturer electrical specifications and intended location. The existing supply and required connection need to be considered together.
Occupied spaces need coordination
Share business hours, site access requirements, and any restrictions on interruptions to power. Timing and any special arrangements are confirmed during planning; a website request does not reserve a work window.
Tenant and property responsibilities
For leased spaces, involve the landlord or property manager when approvals or access to shared equipment are needed. Clearly identify the site contact and the person authorized to approve work.
