Electrical thermography uses temperature observations to help investigate equipment condition under the conditions present during the assessment. Guardian reviews thermal-imaging requests as a defined specialist scope. The equipment, operating conditions, safe access, method and written findings must be agreed; a thermal image does not certify every part of an electrical system.

Identify the equipment of interest and the question the facility needs answered. A follow-up to a known concern and a periodic condition survey may require different coverage. Provide equipment lists, previous findings and relevant operating history. The report should make its assessed locations and any access limitations clear.
A temperature image records conditions at the time and location observed. The equipment state and the assessment method therefore matter when interpreting an apparent difference. Do not treat an image as a diagnosis of every concealed connection or a guarantee that equipment cannot fail later. Additional electrical investigation may be recommended.
Electrical equipment can present hazards during an assessment. Access arrangements, qualified personnel and the agreed safe-work method belong in the plan. Customers should not remove covers or expose equipment to prepare photographs. Any manufacturer requirements and facility procedures should be provided before the visit is accepted.
Define the asset identifiers, observed conditions, findings and recommendations needed in the deliverable. Corrective repairs, further testing and engineering conclusions should be distinguished from the survey itself. Findings may support maintenance decisions, but thermography is not a promise to prevent every fire or outage.
Guardian serves Horry and Georgetown counties from Myrtle Beach. Send the asset list, purpose and requested documentation. Review electrical maintenance, power-quality assessment and the published commercial plan scope. Specialist thermography is not automatically included in the fixed-price maintenance plan.
No. The method and observed conditions have limits, and concealed or intermittent concerns may need other investigation.
No. It is an observation under stated conditions, not a guarantee against every later fault, outage or fire.
No. Electrical access and safe-work arrangements should be planned with the responsible qualified personnel.
No automatic inclusion is implied. Read the published plan scope and agree any specialist work separately.
Only where expressly agreed. Assessment findings and corrective electrical work should have their own defined deliverables.
Provide the equipment list, assessment purpose, operating conditions, previous findings, site access requirements and the desired report format.
